Tokan Zhakiyanovitch Chaizhunusov, President of TOO “Kazgiprotsvetmet”, Professor, Honored builder of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The freeman of Ust-Kamenogorsk city and Kokpekty region (Eastern Kazakhstan)

Tokan Zh. Chaizhunusov was born on July 16th, 1944 in Kokpekty village of Semipalatinsk region. His father, Zhakiya Chaizhunusovitch Chaizhunusov, was legendary national teacher, Hero of Socialist Labor.
Tokan Chaizhunusov served in armed forces of Soviet Army. He has three university educations: “industrial and civil engineering”, “economics and management” and “jurisprudence”.
He was at the head of construction companies of Eastern Kazakhstan for many years.
In difficult time of economical reforms he was elected President of Kazakhstan head design institute “Kazgiprotsvetmet” and was able to keep and upgrade its technical and intelligent potential.
He bends every effort to institute’s development and takes an every day care of institute’s personnel. Kazgiprotsvetmet come to the fore recently and it is one of the leading design companies of CIS countries.
Tokan Zhakiyanovitch skillfully manages an institute’s work. There are a lot of ready projects among the largest ones. As for now, a lot of mining and metallurgical enterprises as well as architectural, town-planning and social projects at home and abroad are under the construction and under the designing stage now.
It is his sincere patriotism and attention to people that distinguishes him. He renders disinterested assistance to orphan children and disabled persons, low-income groups and favors the development of education, public health, culture and sport.       
Tokan Zh. Chaizhunusov was awarded with the Governmental awards of Kazakhstan and Russia for his fruitful work and great social and charitable activities.  He has also the letters of appreciation from Government and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. More than once he won a title of “Person of the year”. His principle motto is “to do good”.
Tokan Zhakiyanovitch is a man of strategic thinking.  He is an expert, talented leader, public figure and respected person both at home and abroad.
